Director, Fundraising and Development
The Director of Fundraising and Development will be responsible for planning and coordinating all fundraising and development activities to support the organization's annual operating budget of $5 million as well as a five-year capital fundraising effort with a goal of $5 million.

Director, Research and Evaluation
The Director of Research and Evaluation will develop and implement a new system for data collection and performance management to document, test and improve a systematic approach to community development led by the Brownsville Partnership , a consortium of twelve community partner organizations and agencies that coordinate efforts to prevent family homelessness in Brownsville, Brooklyn.
Job Developer
The Job Developer is responsible for the day to day delivery of direct services to participants in workforce development programs. As such, the position will train, coach and support participants through a training and development component and assist in successfully securing permanent stable employment. To expand the employment opportunities available to participants, the job developer will work with local employers, government, and education/training partners to gain a more nuanced understanding of requirements for entry level jobs and potentially available placements.
Hartford Initiatives
Managing Director
The Managing Director is responsible for the oversight and management of two complex real estate conversion/development projects. S/He will devise and implement strategies to continually engage the local comunity, and develop and manage resources to sustain the effort over time. In this role, the Managing Director will manage relationships and communications with all stakeholders. At 370 Asylum, the Director will be working with the staff of a joint venture paretner who will take the lead in developing the property. At Swift, the Director will work closely with Community Solutions's community health initiative in Northeast Hartford, which provides care management support to neighborhood residents with chronic health conditions.
Community Planning Partner
The community planning partner works with Community Solutions (CS) to make connections with individuals and groups in the Northeast Neighborhood of Hartford. The goal of the work is to engage residents of Northeast in informing and participating in the Healthy Northeast initiative. This involves the redevelopment of the Swift Factory on Westland Street and Love Lane in Northeast, and the creation of a neighborhood-wide health strategy.
